Charlie Baroudi, APM, Ft. Benning

As Threat Tec’s Fort Benning APM, Mr. Baroudi assists U.S. Army schools with updating training scenarios to ensure the Operational Environment effectively replicates Decisive Action Training Environment and to integrate a complex training environment. Charlie ensures Threat Tec Threat Emulators are compliant during scenario execution. Along with developing status reports, he helps manage post event written After Action Reviews (AARs) with other U.S. Army cadre members.

Charlie is also a Lebanese-American, born in Beirut, Lebanon. After the Marine Corps Barracks Bombing in Beirut 1983, he became an American citizen. As a service connected disabled Veteran, he proudly served the U.S. Army National Guard in Pennsylvania from 1998 till 2006. Mr. Baroudi has been a part of Threat Emulation training since 2005, supporting training at Fort Dix, NJ / YPG, AZ / Fort Bliss, TX / White Sands, NM / Fort Benning, GA.


Justin Gubler, Subject Matter Expert, Red Team

Justin is the TRADOC Programs Director for Threat Tec, providing support to a number of organizations across TRADOC and the Operational Test Command. The programs include professional services support, operational environment products and support, and educational services and products support for the TRADOC G-2, Maneuver Center of Excellence, Brigade Modernization Command, and, outside of TRADOC, the Operational Test Command. Justin draws from 29+ years of service that includes command experience at both the tactical and operational-strategic levels. He commanded an infantry battalion in OIF and then a Joint-multi-national combat support coordination team in Korea. Previous senior level experience also includes serving as the TRADOC Capability Manager for Mission Command systems and Command Posts and directing future operations at U.S. Army Central in support of OEF and the response to Syrian instability. Before joining Threat Tec, Justin directed the Army’s Experimentation program that informed Department of the Army decisions on force structure and design as well as capabilities development. He holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a M.S. in Simulators and Training Systems from the University of Central Florida, and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy.


Justin Crawford, Logistics Manager

Justin Crawford oversees the daily operation of International Replica Arms Company. Through his oversight, he ensures the company exemplifies the highest levels of quality, professionalism and safety. His strategic function also places him in authority of the logistical support for Threat Tec. Justin’s intelligent execution and management of logistical and support details ensures Highgate companies are able to fulfil their commitments.
